Happy Tuesday guys! The weather in Texas is so great right now. Perfect for a high low dress and my new pair of ankle strap blue heels from Charlotte Russe (only $10!). Blue is in for Fall 2013 according to Pantone. So I am trying to incorporate more blue. My nails match my blue heels and stud earrings perfectly.
