Many of you may know that art is one of my favorite things. I honestly can’t remember when I realized that I had the ability to draw but I feel as if it has always been apart of me. Well I originally came to college as a art major my freshman year, Communication Design (aka Graphic Design). One of the biggest heartbreaks I have ever faced was not making the freshman review. Meaning I couldn’t advance in the program. Ever since then I shunned art. I struggled with calling myself an artist. With practicing my skill. I felt like a complete failure. Have you ever loved something so much that you just can’t do it? This feeling is how I know that art is large part of me that I can’t get rid of.
So lately I am happy to say that I have pulled out the art supplies and started drawing again. I look forward to showing you guys some of my pieces in the near future.
